Guenifey Platform Foundation
A modular, 'plug and play' Azure foundation: every module — application or AI — becomes an independent micro-application, generated from ready-to-use templates and hostable elsewhere at any time.

The context
Guenifey needed far more than an Azure environment: a true product-grade foundation, able to easily host new modules — on the infrastructure side as much as the code side — as needs, both application and AI, kept multiplying. The challenge: making sure this foundation could support a large volume of modules without ever becoming a bottleneck.
My mission
As Tech Lead AI, I designed the foundation’s modular architecture: security by design, “plug and play” integration of Azure AI Foundry, and a microservice breakdown — one backend and one frontend container app per module, generated from ready-to-use templates and registered directly into the foundation. The goal: independent, agnostic, portable modules with minimal coupling to the foundation, whether application or AI. I led the architectural setup, the infrastructure as code and the uniformisation of practices, before handing over to development teams.
What to remember
A foundation designed as a product in its own right: every module, application or AI, becomes an independent, portable building block — modularity and agnosticism as the standard, not an option.
